Warranty and Policy!
A manufacturer’s warranty is when there are defects in the product due to poor workmanship from the manufacturer.
Most of the ophthalmic frames have a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty and the prescription lens have a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty starts from the date when you get your glasses.
BUT this warranty ONLY covers the defects in the material and workmanship under the following conditions:
LENSES - Coating peeled off, scratches on lens NOT caused by rough handling.
FRAMES - Discolouration, damaged screws, missing/dislodged jewels, temple hinge failure, broken temple or nose pads (BREAKAGE WILL INSPECTED BY THE OPTICIAN TO SEE IF IT IS A MANUFACTURER’S DEFECT). Any attempt of repairs done by any unauthorized party will be considered misusethe of product and will not be eligible under the manufacturer’s warranty.
PLEASE NOTE* Rough handling, prolonged exposure to heat or water, improper cleaning of a product are all acts of misuse. SCRATCHES the on the lens/es, that can be felt by the finger and any attempt of repairs done by any unauthorized party are considered acts of misuse to the product and will NOT BE ELIGIBLE for manufacturer’s warranty.
BREAKAGE WILL BE INSPECTED BY THE OPTICIAN TO SEE IF IT IS A MANUFACTURER’S DEFECT.
There is a FREE WARRANTY if your prescription has changed within the 90 days of your original order.
At SharpLooks Eyewear, we guarantee to provide you with a top-quality product. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase regardless of any reason within the 30 days, you are eligible for an exchange. (No refunds)
PLEASE NOTE* Eyewear must be returned in its original condition (not altered or worn out) SharpLooks reserves the right to refuse any damaged returns.

Regardless of any situation, even if you bring your eyewear in pieces, we got you covered. Warranty will give you two unconditional replacements within 18 months.
PLEASE NOTE* A deductible($25) will be applied per replacement (2 replacement allowance) If your product is not available, you can choose any other product within the same price range as of original or go for an upgrade, however, the price difference will be charged.
